We are thrilled to be named a 2020 National Blue Ribbon School of Excellence. This is the our third time to receive the recognition.
“It feels incredibly fitting that this announcement comes on Mercy Day, the day that we celebrate Catherine McAuley’s foundation of the House of Mercy on Baggot Street in Dublin in 1927,” said Principal Ann Marie Braca. “We are overjoyed to be nationally recognized with our third Blue Ribbon Award as an exemplary high performing school whose students are living and spreading Mercy.”
The coveted National Blue Ribbon Schools award affirms the hard work of Waldron Mercy’s educators, families, and community in creating safe and welcoming schools where students master challenging and engaging content.
Our students celebrated the award by watching the announcement and enjoying blue water ice.
