Welcome to Waldron Mercy Child Care (WMCC), a private center that is affiliated with Waldron Mercy Academy and governed by the Sisters of Mercy. Our center is a cozy and secure place for your little one to spend their day, and we value the strong sense of community that we have with our families.

Our program is NAEYC-certified and carries Pennsylvania’s highest Keystone STARS rating of four stars. Parents are provided with photo, text, and video updates of their children throughout the day on their Brightwheel App account.

We are seeking a highly-motivated, career-oriented teacher with a passion for Early Childhood Education whose general duties will be as follows:

• Teacher plans, supervises and implements a superior Early Childhood Educational program in accordance with school policies and Waldron Mercy Child Care's philosophy.

• The teacher maintains a safe, healthy and educational environment for the class.

• Teachers communicate regularly with parents, in person and through the use of technology, meeting (or exceeding) parent expectations.
