"We believe Waldron Mercy serves as an extension of the beliefs and values that we teach in our home. We continue to support Waldron Mercy in its mission to develop well-rounded students in an academically-challenging environment within a faith-based community."
JACKIE GONDEK GIOVANONI '90
Tiger Pride Society, young alumni chair
"Waldron is a second home to me. Many of my fondest memories and lifelong friends were made at Merion and then Waldron Mercy Academy. Waldron gave me so much and I’m happy to give back so others may experience the Mercy tradition. That tradition of compassion, kindness and friendship inspire me every day."

Madison Palladino
Co-Director of Mercy After Care
"I graduated from Saint Joseph’s University in 2023 with my Bachelors in Psychology. Currently, I am attending Villanova University and working towards my Masters in Psychology. My graduate research involves providing support for healthy parent-child relationships within Philadelphia homeless shelters. Outside of academics, you can find me working towards my reading goal or finding easy slow cooker recipes! I am so excited to join the Waldron Mercy community as Co-Director of MAC!"
"I graduated from Merion Mercy Academy in 2006, and from Villanova University in 2010, earning my Bachelors in Psychology. I then attended Widener University School of Law passed the bar in both Pennsylvania and New Jersey. I currently work for the federal government as an attorney, but enjoy spending my time outside of that job at this wonderful school. I’m so thrilled to embark upon this journey in Mercy with the Waldron community as both a co-Director of MAC as well as a Waldron mom. It’s going to be a wonderful school year!"
