Communications & Marketing Coordinator

A member of the WMA Advancement Team, the Communications & Marketing Coordinator is responsible for conceptualizing, planning and executing a coordinated program of marketing, advertising, media relations and promotion to meet department goals. This individual works in conjunction with several members of the WMA staff on various writing, editing, designing, photography, and video projects as needed. High-level writing skills are required for this position.

Substitute Teachers


If you currently have your Pennsylvania certification (early childhood, elementary education or secondary education) and would be interested in substituting at WMA on a per diem basis, please contact Theresa Gannon, middle school director.

Application Process


1) Please complete WMA's employment application. 
2) Submit cover letter, resume, and other requested materials to the assigned contact.
3) All candidates are required to provide Pennsylvania State Police, Pennsylvania Child Abuse, and FBI Criminal History background clearances which are no more than one year old. When an interview is scheduled, candidates will be informed to obtain and show these items.
