Substitute Teachers


If you currently have your Pennsylvania certification (early childhood, elementary education or secondary education) and would be interested in substituting at WMA on a per diem basis, please contact Theresa Gannon, middle school director.

Application Process


1) Please complete WMA's employment application. 
2) Submit cover letter, resume, and other requested materials to the assigned contact.
3) All candidates are required to provide Pennsylvania State Police, Pennsylvania Child Abuse, and FBI Criminal History background clearances which are no more than one year old. When an interview is scheduled, candidates will be informed to obtain and show these items.

Director of Advancement


WMA is seeking a full time Director of Advancement to start immediately.


The Director of Advancement is primarily responsible for the solicitation and cultivation of major existing and prospective donors. Responsibilities include providing innovative and strategic leadership for all aspects of the school's development program including fundraising, annual and capital giving, major and planned gifts, special events and activities, and soliciting corporate and foundation grants and proposals. Further responsibilities include oversight of the Advancement team, managing and planning efforts in marketing and communications, and oversight of Admissions as it pertains to marketing the school to prospective students.
