LEGO Discovery Center Philadelphia hosted Waldron Mercy Academy 4th graders on December 18, 2018 for winning the regional division of its Cities of the Future contest. The 4th graders submitted LEGO designs of what they expect the buildings in Philadelphia to look like in the year 2218. LEGO Discovery Center will also display a structure inspired by our students’ design ideas in its LEGO Philadelphia exhibit.

"We believe Waldron Mercy serves as an extension of the beliefs and values that we teach in our home. We continue to support Waldron Mercy in its mission to develop well-rounded students in an academically-challenging environment within a faith-based community."

"Waldron is a second home to me. Many of my fondest memories and lifelong friends were made at Merion and then Waldron Mercy Academy. Waldron gave me so much and I’m happy to give back so others may experience the Mercy tradition. That tradition of compassion, kindness and friendship inspire me every day."
