[November, 2016] The Board of Trustee's search committee to select the school's next principal has been established. In assembling this committee, we sought current and past trustees who represent an understanding and appreciation of our Catholic, Mercy values; possess a diversity of professional expertise and talents, specifically in the areas of education, advancement, finance, and mission; and who represent current and past Waldron parents.

[December, 2016] The Board of Trustees and the members of the Principal Search Committee are extremely grateful to those of you who participated in our visioning process which has helped to inform our search for a new principal. Waldron Mercy staff, families, alumni and Board members significantly contributed to the shaping of the principal job description. The job description is now officially posted on the Waldron Mercy website and in numerous other publications. Furthermore, we would like to encourage word of mouth and personal connections as part of our recruitment efforts. If you know of a promising candidate for this position, please alert them to the opening. We also ask that you join us in praying for the best possible candidate to emerge to lead Waldron Mercy toward its 100th Anniversary.
