Underwriting helps to cover the costs of Tigerfest, allowing financial gifts to go directly to increase student aid, pay for capital improvements, subsidize faculty and staff compensation, and support outreach programs. Underwriters—both business and individuals—are acknowledged in the Tigerfest auction book, on signage at the auction, and in school communications such as the Annual Report and the Weekly. Note:  Underwriters may finance all of part of a category, starting at $250. For example, an individual might underwrite $500 of the $6,000 Live Auction expenses.
