	Tuition for the 2012-2013 Academic Year
	$11,100 - full-day Montessori, ECC, pre-k and kindergarten $11,300 - grades one through eight $10,000 - half-day Montessori If you have more than one child in our school, you will receive a discount of $450 per student after the first child.

Tuition Payment Policy

Please forward all payments directly to WMA’s Business Office.

Forms of payment accepted:
Cash, check, money order, direct debit, MasterCard, VISA, Discover and American Express. Please note that a convenience fee of 2% (2.95% for AMEX) will be added to all credit card payments.

Payment Plans

Annual

A 1.5% discount will be applied to tuition.
Full payment is due July 1, 2012.
If payment is received after July 15, the discount is forfeited.

Semi-Annual

Payments are due in two equal installments, July 1, 2012 and December 1, 2012.
If payment is received after July 15 or December 15, the family will incur a $60 finance charge.

Monthly

An annual finance charge of $120 per family will be applied.
Payments are due in ten equal installments, July 1, 2012, through April 1, 2013.
If a payment is received after the 15th of the month, the family will incur a $25 late fee.

	Late Payment Policy
	We are grateful to those families who remit their tuition payments on time, since this allows the school to meet its payroll and other financial obligations. Any requests for special payment arrangements must be discussed with and approved by the WMA Business Office. Failure to keep a student billing account current jeopardizes your child’s enrollment status.
